You just can’t have a quilt workshop without some inspiring show & share to kick us back into gear after lunch time!
And the quilters who came for my 5 days of workshops in Utah sponsored by the Utah State Quilters Guild must have got the memo because the quilts, quilt tops and blocks in progress came out of the woodwork! SO EXCITING!
We gathered from all over – some from as far away as Arizona, Nevada, California, Idaho, as well as from all over the great state of Utah, so EVERYONE was sitting next to someone they never met before. This is everyone’s opportunity to say who they are, tell us a bit about themselves, and share their love of quilts with everyone else.
It’s my favorite time of the day because I get to know YOU! So if you are attending a Quiltville event in the future, remember that you don’t need an invitation to bring Show & Share, just do. It’s always welcome!
Here the “Idaho Contingency” is sharing a beautiful Garlic Knots finish! Oh, the colors! So exciting to see!
